Summary

The extension stores invoice records in Chrome's local extension storage. The developer receives no invoice data or usage analytics. It has no account, cloud sync, analytics or automatic network service. At your request, Copy places a reminder on the clipboard, Open in email passes its recipient and draft to your configured mail handler, and Export writes a JSON backup. Your operating system, mail provider or chosen backup destination may process or sync that information under their own settings. The extension never presses Send.

What data the extension handles

To work, the extension stores the invoice information you type in: client name, optional client email, invoice number, amount, currency, due date, your business name for sign-off, invoice status, and reminder history (count and last-reminded date). You enter this data yourself so the extension can show it back to you.

Where it is stored

Invoice records are stored in Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device.

What the extension does not do

• No developer collection: the developer does not collect invoice data or usage analytics.
• No automatic network service: the extension has no account, no cloud sync and no server.
• No sale or sharing by the developer: the developer does not sell, rent or share your data.
• No analytics, telemetry, advertising or tracking code.
• No remote code.
• No automatic sending: the extension does not send background alerts or emails.

Permissions

The extension requests a single permission: storage. It is used to save your invoice list and reminder history on your device so they persist between browser sessions. It requests no host permissions, no tabs or history permissions, and no email permissions.

User-initiated actions

• Copy reminder places the text you previewed on your clipboard, when you click it.
• Open in email creates a mailto: draft with the recipient, subject and body filled in. It opens in your own mail app. Opening your mail handler passes it the draft; that handler may process or sync the draft before you send it. The extension cannot read your mailbox and never presses Send.
• Export JSON downloads a backup file of your invoices to your device, when you click it.
• Import JSON reads only a file you choose, on your device. A file is accepted only if every record passes validation; otherwise nothing is changed.

Export, deletion and uninstall

• Export: use Export JSON at any time to download a copy of your stored invoices.
• Delete: deleting an invoice removes it from this extension's saved list.
• Uninstall: uninstalling the extension clears this extension's Chrome local storage.
• Exports, clipboard copies and email drafts are separate copies. They survive uninstall and must be deleted in the apps where they were saved.

Legacy local preference

Legacy local preference. This version may read an existing extensionPlan.v1 value in local extension storage. It has no effect on the number of invoices allowed. The plan control is hidden, and this version has no checkout, paid upgrade, licence check or payment service.

Children

The extension is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If a future version changes any of the above (for example, adds optional sync), this policy and the store listing will be updated before that version is published.
